You keep 30% of everything your account makes, with no salary and no cap, for as long as we work together.
Most agencies will pay you a fixed salary and keep the rest for themselves, we never pay salaries. When the account grows, your earnings grow. Forever.
Here's what that split actually pays for, because we cover everything it takes to build your account up from zero:

- A full chat team answering your fans day and night in English, so you never have to chat with anyone.
- Full time supervisors and sales training for your chatters to make sure they're earning the maximum amount from every fan.
- Your content plan, pricing and strategy, worked out for you so you always know exactly what to film and when.
- All you need to do is actually record the content.
The honest math is that an account making $8,000 a month means $2,400 a month for you, while a salary agency would pay you $1,000 and keep the rest.
We keep 70% because we spend most of it building your account, and if your account makes nothing then we make nothing.
We never lock you out
A salary agency controls the login to the page you work on, and if you ever leave they can change and lock you out, then you're fighting through OnlyFans support to prove the account is yours and get it back. That is the position most creators are already in, whether they know it or not.
With us the account is yours and remains in your control, and while we work inside it we never own it, so if you ever want to leave you can just leave, and the account and the subscribers all go with you.

What we won't ever do is offer a deal where we can't afford to actually build your account, because building a page from nothing costs us money every single day before it earns anything.
What happens if my page doesn't earn anything?
We do everything in our power to make sure your page starts generating earnings as soon as possible when you sign with us. If you have existing social media then earnings come faster, if you don't we have strategies to start earning within 30 days. But in the event your account doesn't start earning straight away you're covered by our minimum earnings guarantee, so you'll know before you sign with us the minimum amount you'll earn each month. The guarantee starts after your first 60 days, as long as you're creating the content we need.
Who is this agency NOT for?
Playgirls works only with trans creators. If you are not trans, we won't be a fit and that's intentional. Clear boundaries allow us to deliver better results.
How much control do I keep?
All of it. Your accounts remain yours. Your content decisions remain yours. We advise based on what works, but you're never forced into anything.
How does privacy and anonymity work?
We help creators manage and reduce exposure through content strategy, persona guidance, and marketing approaches. However, complete anonymity can never be guaranteed online. We're transparent about this from the start.
Do you lock creators into long contracts?
No, and more importantly we never lock you out, because the account is yours, your login, your name and your fans. Salary agencies keep the login so that leaving means fighting through OnlyFans support to get your own page back, while leaving us means taking everything with you, and since we can only keep creators who could walk away whenever they want, everything we do is built to make you want to stay.
